STANDARD FEATURES AND OPTIONS
We use only the finest quality material and best workmanship in our buildings
Any size building purchased will have 2" x 6" floor joists giving our floors 50% more strength than our competitors, who use 2" x 4" floors. All exposed material is pressure treated. Exposed nails are ring shanked and galvanized for maximum strength. The 2" x 4" reinforced doors are key locked and designed to seal out rain and rodents.

Graceland's exclusive patented vent system extends the total length of the soffit on both sides of each of our buildings. This allows our buildings to be cooler in the summer time than the competitors' buildings.

Floors
• 2" x 6" pressure treated floor joist. 16" o.c.
• Decking is 5/8" pressure treated plywood
• 4" x 6" pressure treated notched skids or runners

Walls
• 2" x 4" studs 16" o.c.
• Double stud every 4' o.c.
• 5/8" pressure treated T-111 shallow groove plywood siding
• Continuous aluminum soffit venting
• Hot-dipped, ring shanked galvanized nails

Roof
• 2" x 4" engineered trusses
• 1/2" OSB decking
• Choice of 26 gu. low profile metal roof panels or 30 year shingles
• Ridge vent
